At Little Star Events, no two wedding fayres or shows are the same. We work hard to create a brand for each of our wedding shows that look to inspire engaged couples and to support them in finding ideas and inspiration for their chosen theme. Rustic Charm, Vintage and English Country Garden are amongst our many themes and each fayre is designed to showcase the venue and the wedding suppliers in the best way. 


We have a planned marketing strategy for each fayre and use a wide range of methods to market and advertise all of our events. We pride ourselves on building a community of wedding suppliers of whom we will continue to recommend and work with beyond the shows and fayres.

Terms and Conditions:


  • We like to ensure that we have a varied number of suppliers and therefore will limit the numbers of certain suppliers in various categories. Places at the fayre will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and upon receipt of your booking form, you will be receive a confirmation of your place. Your place will only be secured upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment. Should the spaces for your category already be full, we can offer to add your flyers, or business cards into our goody bags for a charge of £25.


  • At Little Star Events, we work hard to market our Wedding Fayres and Shows, however, we do need all of our registered suppliers to also market for them too in order to maximise attendance. Please ensure that you promote the wedding fayre on your websites and social media. If you have a shop, or will be in a position where flyers will be seen, please let us know and we can arrange for these to be sent to you to display.


  • An exhibitor pack with all information required for the day including set up and break down times, parking etc., will be sent to all suppliers prior to the Wedding Show. 


  • We cannot offer refunds once payment has been made and it is not permitted for you to sell your space on to other exhibitors.


  • In the extremely rare event that a fayre should be postponed or cancelled, you will be offered to transfer onto another of our fayres but you will not be offered a refunded. Exhibitor spaces cannot be transferred to other suppliers. 


  • Payment must be made upon receipt of your invoice and always before the fayre itself.


  • By agreeing to exhibit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
